We've developed an ecosystem tailored for the communities most affected by prison, poverty, and poor environmental conditions. Founded within the CCIC, our program connects with and multi-tier training programs, developers, and green energy partners to create a program that serves the whole individual and mitigates barriers at every step. We’ll maintain a pipeline of employment opportunities ensuring seamless workforce integration upon graduation. Before commencement, during the program, and for a year after graduation, we provide wrap-around support that includes stipends, service connections, mentorship, health and wellness programs, free groceries, tutors, childcare assistance, spiritual and religious services and more.
