Creating Healthy Communities

An essential part of CCIC is creating resilient, healthy, safer communities in which Chicagoans can thrive and recognizing that the impacts of climate change affect the most marginalized communities first, with greater impact.

Renewing Sovereignty Project

We’ll maintain a pipeline of employment opportunities ensuring seamless workforce integration upon graduation. Before commencement, during the program, and for a year after graduation, we provide wrap-around support that includes stipends, service connections, mentorship, health and wellness programs, free groceries, tutors, childcare assistance, spiritual and religious services and more.
